Return and Refund Policy (Only for immediate delivery products, commissions do not apply)

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a full refund. We work with unique pieces made by hand, so if you prefer to exchange it, it will be for a different product. You can return a product within 7 days from the date you received it. Return shipping is free. Any returned product must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Please retain proof of payment for your purchase. The refund will be made within 10 days of the order (recurring the return) on the credit card or checking account with the same ownership.
